Dr. Jimmy Downing

Dr. Downing has been in practice in Charlottesville since 1980. He is an active staff member at Martha Jefferson Hospital, has been on the surgical staff there since 1982, and is presently chief of surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and has Fellowship status with both the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine. He is also on the surgical staff at the Martha Jefferson Outpatient Surgery Center. Dr. Downing, his wife Carol, and their two children have lived in Earlysville since 1983.
